SEMESTER 2 | STUDY/READING WEEK 16

SOMETHING GREEN GROWING SOMEWHERE DARK

2020 has been really hard! Understatement of the century right?
So this final slog, the last few assignments, the last pile of resources, the last round of research feels like pushing a boulder up a mountain. Or like you’re fumbling around in the darkness, not sure how to get out. My encouragement for you all is to remember to place God right in the middle. Keep reminding yourself who it’s all for and that actually God wants to be a part of it! When all you feel is lost under the weight of what you have to do and what you’ve been through, please remember that when we feel lost in the dark we can’t see all the beautiful things God is doing; all the new growth He is starting in your life. Though it feels hard, and you’re tired (I know I am!), it is worth it. And God’s got you! Always. A few more days, and few more words on the page. That’s all it is! Though it may feel overwhelming right now, remember; there is a light to be found in the shadows, and his name is Jesus!
